1. Workmanship Warranty

We offer two types of workmanship warranties depending on the repair type:

A. Limited Lifetime Warranty (Insurance-Based Repairs)

For repairs performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and insurance-approved repair procedures, Car-O-Practic provides a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty valid for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the specific repair performed.

B. Three-Year Limited Warranty (Customer-Requested Repairs)

For out-of-pocket repairs requested by the customer that may not follow insurance or manufacturer repair standards (at the customer’s request), Car-O-Practic provides a Three (3) Year Limited Workmanship Warranty from the date of repair completion.

2. Paint Warranty

We use PPG automotive refinishing products.

Paint repairs are covered under the PPG Manufacturer-Backed Paint Warranty, subject to PPG’s warranty terms and conditions.

Coverage typically includes:

  1. Peeling
  2. Cracking
  3. Loss of adhesion caused by product defect

Customers must maintain vehicle finish according to manufacturer guidelines.

3. Parts Warranty

Parts installed may include OEM, aftermarket, or recycled components.

All parts are covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Car-O-Practic does not extend additional warranty beyond manufacturer coverage for parts.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Rust or corrosion
  3. Environmental damage (acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, road debris, etc.)
  4. Damage caused by subsequent accidents
  5. Acts of God (flood, fire, hail, storms, etc.)

Repairs performed elsewhere without written authorization may void warranty coverage.
