We perform repairs based on manufacturer standards and safe repair practices.
If additional damage is discovered during the repair process:
Approval timelines are determined by the insurance provider.
The vehicle owner is responsible for paying their full insurance deductible at the time of vehicle pickup.
Car-O-Practic does not waive or discount deductibles unless permitted by law.
The vehicle owner remains financially responsible for:
Insurance payment does not relieve the vehicle owner of financial responsibility.
Payment in full is required before vehicle release unless prior written arrangements are made.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit card, credit card upon verification and cashier check.
